Review:
The Kix is one of the most unique-sounding bands of the 80's metal genre. They are a mix of Angus Young-style guitars and Dee Snider-sounding vocals. Released in 1988, Blow My Fuse only hit it big with Red Light, Green Light, T.N.T. and She Dropped Me The Bomb and Don't Close your Eyes. Blow My Fuse is Kix's best album, and their well-played radio hit She Dropped Me The Bomb and MTV's big ballad, the movie-hit Don't Close Your Eyes proves that. Blow My Fuse is probably the best song on the album, though nobody  really knows the song. In Blow My Fuse, Steve Whiteman's vocals excel, and the guitar riff the the title song just palin old rocks. How often can you listen to music like this?

Review
Kix's Midnight Dynamite never was a big hit to the record-buying public, but was indeed one of their best with Blow My Fuse. Released just three years before Blow My Fuse, Midnight Dynamite had one problem---the songs just all sounded the same. Once you heard one, you felt like you've heard them all. Even still, a pretty good album from a really good band.
